Associations
Belgium Bear Pride
Belgium Bear Pride is an association whose aim is:
- to promote the Bear, gay culture and, by extension, the LGBT+ community: by breaking taboos, and removing potential barriers between classical stereotypes and by creating opportunities to meet (bears, gays, lesbians, leather fetishists, cross-dressers, heterosexuals, etc.)
- to organise the Mister Bear Belgium contest.
- to represent the Bear community in local, national and international institutions, as well as to organise and participate in local, national and international events.
- to foster better acceptance both within and without the community, active participation in inter-associative collaboration as well as representation within various government bodies or private, local or international institutions and thereby to fight all forms of discrimination and to engage in battle for fundamental rights at our level..
